Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made less then 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required at booking.

No Pets or Vistitors aloud on the premises.

If any smoking occurs inside or a pet is discovered, you will be charged an additional $200.00, as this is a family-safe establishment. You are welcome to smoke outside only, and butt-cans have been provided beside the chairs on the balcony.
