Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is charged at time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment is due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at booking. Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, the one-night deposit will be forfeited.

Please note: All our rooms are pet-free and smoke-free. If any smoking occurs inside or a pet is discovered, you will be charged an additional $200.00, as this is a family-safe establishment. You are welcome to smoke outside only, and butt-cans have been provided beside the chairs on the balcony.
This is a family resort, must be over the age of 25 to book.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, Check-out is 10:00 AM. For late check-in after 9:00 PM please call ahead of time.
One vehicle parking spot is included for all regular rooms and family suites, while large family suites include two vehicle parking spots. Additional vehicle parking can be
purchased for $20 per day.
No Visitors on the resort, in rooms, or cabins at any time. A $100.00 per person charge will be applied if extra visitors are found.
